What is your return policy?

We really hope you like your order but we know that sometimes people change their minds.  Unfortunately, we will not accept returns if it is clear that the candle or wax melts have not been burned correctly as in accordance with our candle and wax melt care guides. However, if you do change your mind after ordering, we will gladly accept returns or give refunds on the following conditions:

 

- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

- Dispatch items back to us within: 30 days of delivery

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What is your dispatch time?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. However, if there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will email all customers and provide updates on the dispatch time. 

Do you offer gift cards?

We have now added a gift card option on our menu. If you would like to order a gift card, please select the options on the Gift Card page and this will be sent as an e-card to your loved one. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment including card, BACs, Paypal and cash payments.
